## Description

I will be attending the 2025 Pasa Conference in Lancaster, PA Feb 5-7, and the wonderful folks at GOAT, OpenTEAM, and Our Sci are going to be setting up a booth to share all our open source projects with the Pasa attendees. This conferences draws “1,600 to 2,000+ attendees each year” (per [https://pasafarming.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/FY24-Business-Opportunities.pdf](https://pasafarming.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/FY24-Business-Opportunities.pdf)).

We’ll be sharing the trade show with a lot of other big names too, so it will also be an opportunity to network and show all the cool things we’ve been building over the past few years!

The total cost is $900 for a booth, but we’re hoping to split it among a few organizations. @gbathree started a topic on the GOAT forum asking for donations:

> Hi all - I’ll be bringing the booth to the Pasa 2025 conference, which is a great gathering of farmers and farm-related organizations from all over the eastern seaboard in Lancaster PA. Learn more here. Our Sci (me), OpenTEAM, and (I think)...

I propose we chip in $300 from our OpenCollective funds.

Thanks for voting everyone! I’m going to consider this approved and send the money so we can get the booth reserved. 🙂
