MiddleWorld
I run Middle World Farms, a small ecological community-supported farm in Lincolnshire, UK. We focus on growing diverse, high-quality food while actively working with soil biology, biodiversity, and living systems rather than against them.
I use farmOS day-to-day to track crops from seed to harvest, manage beds and tunnels, and keep a clear record of what actually works in real growing conditions. I’m particularly interested in practical, farmer-led uses of open-source tools — not just theory, but systems that genuinely help small and medium growers do better work with less friction.
I’m also involved in integrating farmOS with WordPress/WooCommerce and custom back-end systems, with the aim of linking production, orders, logistics, and reporting into one coherent workflow for community farms.
Happy to help others, share what I’ve learned (including mistakes), and contribute wherever I can to strengthening the farmOS ecosystem
