I am a stay at home mother (the old fashion type). Between my husband and myself we had bought 3 smallholdings which total to just under 25 hectares of sour cold which also includes the small holding we are leading. I have a flock of white and black head Dorpers. My husband and son have 4 Black Angus cows in calf with 10 Red Angus heifers in calf and 1 Black Angus bull. We also do potatoes, done a test patch of sweet corn and growing maize for the cattle, winter grazing.
