@chamroeun farmOS is a web application that is installed on a web server. We provide a Docker image for making this easier. See the installation guide for instructions: Installing farmOS | farmOS

farmOS includes a RESTful API that can be used to exchange data from other applications (like native apps or other web applications). More info: API | farmOS

All of this is built on Drupal - so anything you can do with Drupal you can do with farmOS.

Hope that clarifies the architecture enough to get your started!

i will have a FarmOS project but some features are not enough to use in Cambodia.
So I need a diagram of integration from other apps like kobotoolbox and others.

I am not aware of an integration with kobotoolbox, and I don’t think there is a comprehensive diagram of connections with other applications. But you may have luck searching this forum for specific integrations.

farmOS is free and open source software. You can download and host it yourself for free (minus the cost of your own time and infrastructure).

If you would like to pay for hosting, Farmier is a subscription service that provides farmOS “as a service” with automatic updates and backups. Pricing for that service is here: Pricing | Farmier

@chamroeun - Maybe I’m misunderstanding your questions.

farmOS is a free and open source software project. This means you can download and host it yourself for free, but you need to be familiar with how to do so. We (the farmOS community and maintainers) provide documentation on farmOS.org and can provide guidance in this forum but please understand that this is a volunteer community - not a business. I provide affordable farmOS hosting via farmier.com as a way to support farmers who want an easy way to start, and as a way to (minimally) support my volunteer time.

It is up to you to do your own research in this forum, the free documentation, and by using farmOS yourself in order to understand what is possible, or by asking very detailed and specific questions. I’m happy to help where I can, and I hope you will learn yourself as well. We are working on this project together. This is different from how typical corporation-funded software development happens, so it may require adjusting expectations a bit if you aren’t used to this kind of community.
