Hey all. I created this document for our own use but thought it would be good to share with the community in case others found it useful.

We give view only access to our farmOS instance to a few people outside of our farm operation. These include our vet, people helping with resource conservation, and most importantly our 3rd party auditor. Because these users are not using farmOS regularly we made this document to show them the basics of login in, navigating, and finding the records they need. It is tailored to how we actually enter info so may not be a clean copy past if you wanted to use it yourself, but it is a starting point.

Note that some identifying into have been redated.
