Product asset vs material asset

Could you please provide an example for using product asset and material asset

Product assets might be used for keeping track of products that are ready to be sold. For example, if you harvest onions into 10 lb boxes, you might keep track of those boxes as a separate product asset from the original plant asset that represented the onions when they were planted in the field. If you sell meat or milk, you could do something similar - separate from the animal asset(s) that they came from.

Material assets might be used to represent stocks of things that you use on the farm, like fertilizer inputs.

Both of these asset types (just like all others) can leverage the inventory tracking features of farmOS to keep track of their current inventory.
