When we define a new entity, if we select a group, it automatically creates an observation record. Do I have a chance to prevent this?
I do not want it to create an observation record.

Group membership is assigned via logs (just like location is also), so if you want to assign group membership then a log must be created. If you leave the “Group” box blank when creating a new asset, it will not create a log.
