When entering logs (Activity, Observation, etc.), can we group the logs or open them under a project?

It isn’t currently possible to link logs together like this, but this is specifically what “Plans” are intended to accomplish in the future. Logs are meant to be granular events, whereas Plans will allow for grouping of logs and assets together under a common goal. There is some discussion around creating a generic plan type for organizing miscellaneous tasks like this as well.
