Quality Assurance

Up here in the north, we need to document giving instructions about machines to anyone working on the farm.
And the worker need to sign that the instructions are recieved.

There is an existing system where the worker can answer an sms to sign this.
So I guess, an email should work too.

Anyone done something like that?
Have some logs with instructions, send them to a worker, get an answer, and store that as a log in farmOS.
It’s doable in Node-Red but then I would need some kind of verification that the mail is the correct one.

I think an activity log could represent that the user has “signed” the instruction.
This would give a view of all instructions given to a user, or who’s instructed to use an equipment.

It could also be possible to email a set of instructions to a person in one step, and have them signed.
